These sirloin steaks with garlic add the bold flavors of Brazil to your meal. These steaks are a real treat for barbecue fans. They are marinated just right, grilled until juicy and tender, and topped with fresh parsley.
Ingredients: 4 sirloin steaks about 1.5 lbs each. 8 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 1 tablespoon paprika. 1 tablespoon cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Place sirloin steaks in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove steaks from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. While grilling, baste the steaks with the remaining marinade for extra flavor. Once done, let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your Brazilian Garlic Sirloin Steaks!
