FFXIV HC?
I’m fiddling with the idea that Ashe’s race, the Mython, could be distant ancestors/related to the (pureblood) Garlean race. Why? Because her race has a natural third eye.
Which is hidden away into a pearl-like bead eye when not in use, which greatly resembles the Garlean’s third eye.
or completely hidden away if they want to.
This is of course in no way CANON, but it’s a little headcanon I like to fiddle around with, within her own FFXIV AU. This being said, no one is HAS TO accept this HC. It’s just me playing around with my ideas.
Also, this being said, her race would have no part in forming the Garlean Empire, as we already know how that was formed. It’s just that there’s not much on the origins of the race itself. I’m open for critique, should anyone have any.
