Is Sansa/Garlan the Gallant a thing? It should be a thing.

I was thinking of writing a post about Sansa, but whilst I was doing my research I came across loads of moments with Garlan Tyrell – and well, he’s a green flag in a sea of red flags. A true knight. I really hope he survives the whole thing and lives happily ever after with his Leonette.

I love you, side character who got little to no screen time (or who was dead by the time the main story began)

I feel like the technique of air jail is something the tyrells have perfected. Any time Loras starts Loras-ing, Olenna or whoever just nods to Garlan and Garlan holds Loras up into the air where he can kick and yell and try to stab people unsuccessfully until he calms down and he can be put down. Then he glowers 😤 for the rest of the evening but at least there aren't any unplanned regicides
