Depending on genes, they can sport such iconic traits as a hood, a rattled tail, or venomous fangs, among others as equally fascinating. Naga males are equipped with twin penises. Some cocks have bumps, barbs, or spines that ensure they stay locked to a female when mating. Sex between two naga is described as a sort of writhing dance where the mated individuals coil around each other. This extremely intimate embrace can last for hours. As a cold-blooded species, naga instinctively seek warmth from any available source, most commonly by sunning themselves or by hoarding material warmths such as blankets and space heaters. Surveys have found that they also greatly enjoy snuggling up to bodies with comparatively higher temperatures to their own such as dragons, werewolves, and humans.

Rowan (he/they) is boyish, rambunctious, active, and reckless. He is dragon-kin and wears his scaly durability like a badge, often getting into trouble and throwing himself around for fun.

Dragon-kin and related dragon species naturally run hot, their warm bodies flushing dark where their skin is thinnest with scales. With their blood quite literally boiling, they are thought to be quite temperamental and stubborn creatures who push and pull to get what they want. In the same vein, a male dragon's seed is hot to the touch and when ejaculated into a fertile womb, is thought to better the chances of a healthy and successful mating. Draconic species are known to mate for life, and can be extremely possessive of their loved ones. Interestingly, the vast majority of dragon-kin, despite being partly human, experience heat and rut cycles respectively, with male specimen possessing knots when engaged in especially heated sexual intercourse. Most dragon-kin have fully functional wings, stubby tails (compared to their more beastly cousins), and a set of short, medium, or long horns. Their skin is typically thinner than larger, more wilder species of dragon, with a coat of thicker scales on their backs, wings, tails, upper legs, and shoulders. Their teeth are sharp and sometimes snaggled, with lethally clawed hands and feet to match. Most strikingly, dragon-kin can present in a wide variety of colors, much like other draconic species.
