aside from unmasking beelzemon (i feel like he should have a much more rugged look than the usual generic anime one he's given, in order to fill out his mask), it was fun to finally see what beelstarmon would look like with some modest tweaks to her outfit i've been wanting to do. i wanted to make it more practical but still keep the general vibe, and i thought the star-shaped boob window would help to solidify her own identity as a unique digimon instead of just being kenji watanabe's fan character. (no disrespect intended towards mr.watanabe)
i feel a lot better about drawing humans after this, too! as a primarily furry artist, i've been scared of them for too long. digimon has really helped me expand my range.
