âShh, câmereâŚâ or "It's okay to cry..." for Gammaria ;v;
((I can incoperate both Iâm sure!))
Gamma was awoken the moment she was. Â He had felt the slightest jolt from the mattress, causing his instincts to kick in and become aleart by the time she let out another gasping breath. Â His hands fell onto her bare shoulders and roped them into a comforting embrace, ears alert to any out of place noise or voices. Â âBoss, whatâs wrong?â
âI . . N-Nothing . . . itâs nothing.â
He frowned. Â âBoss, I refuse to believe itâs nothing.â
âIt was just a dream, Gamma.â Aria, Boss of the Giglo Nero familgila, glanced down at her pillow before pushing herself out of Gammaâs arms and lying back down. Â
âWith you, nothing is âjust a dream.ââ
She let out a sigh, rolling over on her side from under the covers. Â It was hard to hide anything from Gamma when it came to her well being. Â He constantly worried about her and almost had a sixth sense as to when she was upset or troubled. Â She found it harder and harder to lie to him each day. Â âOkay, you got me. Â It was one of my prophetic dreams.â
âOf course." Gamma lied himself back down, facing her with a concerned expression on his face. Â âWould it be too invasive to ask what about?â
âIt concerns you. And everyone. Â Though, it was vague as to what exactly caused it.â Â The gleam in her orange eyes began to dwindle as he recalled her dream. Â âGenkishi . . . I had a dream heâd betray us.â
âWhat?â Gamma instantly sat back up, more shocked than Aria. Â âGenkishi? Â Heâd never betray you, Boss! It was probably just a nightmare--â
âIâve never had a nightmare that didnât come true in some way, Gamma. Â Again, Iâm not sure how but I just saw Genkishi in a dark armor attacking one of our allies.â
âNo! No . . . heâd never do that, you know that! Â Heâs one of our most loyal men. Â For him to betray the family, it would just crush us.â Â He didnât want to show it but Aria could see the tears pooling in his eyes. Â Sheâd learned a lot of things about Gamma over the years, the biggest thing being that behind the tough exterior he cared deeply for his famigila. Â She wrapped herself around him, kissing him softly on his forehead. Â âShh, câmere . . . donât worry. Â Everything will be okay.â
âNo . . . Aria, he wonât betray us. Â I-Iâm sure.â
âHey, itâs okay to cry, big guy. Â Sometimes the future is just very dark. Â Iâll do what I can to change it. Â But donât you go hiding your feelings. Especially around me. Â Genkishiâs a good friend of mine too.â
