I looked on eHow for “make an egg timer” and got instructions for making a sand-based three minute timer. This does not suit my actual needs. 

I looked on Shop Disney and on Amazon and on Google Shopping and on Etsy. I found https://www.amazon.co.uk/Donald-Ceramic-Minute-Kitchen-Timer/dp/B00Y5QOTTS which was sold in 2007 but is now sold nowhere. And I don’t know if he quacked or dinged.

What are the skills I need to study in order to make, for my own personal use and also for Certain Working Conditions, a kitchen timer?
