Hello.. I got this pop up that has Teppei on it. I thought that I can now add him on my team but when I wanted to change members he was not included!! Was it possible that I rejected him? Can you please explain what should I do when I get a pop up?
Hello! To answer this question, it depends on what kind of pop it was: if it was the pop-up from 4Q like this one here with a set of other characters, then it was just saying you could get one of the characters from the list and you didn’t actually get him at all.
However, if it was just Kiyoshi on his own like the pop-up below:
Then what you need to do is go to your present box:
(The present button in the middle, left side of the screen beneath the e-mail button.)
…and accept it.

Hope that helped!

Navigation in the Zombie Pandemic Environment
It won't take newer players long to learn how to navigate around the game environment but I thought I'd make a quick post about navigation and show a screenshot/pic, anyway.
There are double arrow markers at the edge of the visible co-ordinate on the map that a player is standing in: << for left or west, >> for right or east, etc.
Basically, there are E, W, N, S, and NE, NW, SE, and SW arrow navigator indicators available, so 8 possible movements off each map grid square.
If you want some tips before you MOVE from each square, pay attention to the direction indicators!
Yellow: if an arrow indicator is yellow, the yellow tells you a "mission" is in progress and to get to the area necessary for completing the mission, follow the yellow indicator.
Grey: you can move in that direction but doing so doesn't move you closer to where you have to complete a mission.
Skull on indicator: tells you there are enemies or zombies at the next immediate square/map co-ordinate if you go in that direction. It does't matter if the arrow is yellow or grey... there can be a skull on it and if you move to the next square, you MIGHT get confronted by zombies or an enemy. You might NOT get attacked but then again, you might...
*Note: the black square at the right side of the pic shows some extra details about moving with the "E" arrow. I hovered the mouse over the arrow to get some extra information.
The information available: map co-ordinates of the next square and possible dangers (possibility of attack, in a percentage format), and Mission information - co-ordinates where the mission is located. Mission storyline information.
