im rewatching one of wayne's lethal company streams and i've also recently seen a video on the game's graphics, so i've been paying attention to and appreciating how it looks. and something i've never noticed before is this:
when you pull out the apparatus, these little hand-drawn sparks appear for a fraction of a second. it's a small detail, but i really like it. i think it's really cute.

Genuine question for gamers of all kinds: Can a game have low end graphics and still be considered good if the gameplay mechanics are strong? Or is it out of the question and every game must have high quality graphics?
It depends, too low is a headache (examples pls?)
Yuck!! Graphics must look as smooth as possible!!
It depends on the execution, if it is fun and cheap I will play it.
If the style fits the tone of a strong story, game play mechanics dont matter.
Gameplay matters more than how the game looks. (examples?)

It brings back memories when I was watching the series on loop on TV (I have started to rewatch it again because one, it's summer, and two, I think my old fixation is coming back). I'm already hooked!
The art, the characters, the movements and the plot I have yet to unravel, is AMAZING. Especially when you get to play both twins though not at the same time. But it is cute how one follows the other😌💕 Truly inseparable.
Here's a few pics of my progress. I still can't choose between Dipper's battle cuffs and Mabel's sleeve launching sweater, both are cool!
Not sure if the last one is gibberish or if it legit needs a cipher this is Gravity Falls of course I'll think every cacophonic jumble holds the key to unlocking the ultimate mystery
