Context: We had just watched the TNG episode “Second Chances” and I made a joke about what if the Riker double killed OG Riker and took his place.

Me: I would love to see a Star Trek “What If” series.

My dad: Right?

Me: Not even just Next Gen, I’d love to see some Original Series ones.

My dad: Me too. But it would just be about how they’re all gay for each other.
