Know your strengths
1. INPUT : People who are especially talented in the Input theme have a craving to know more. Often they like to collect and archive all kinds of information. It’s not like I’m storing old newspapers and magasines, or have approximately a thousand folders or notebooks for this or that everywhere...
2. CONTEXT : People who are especially talented in the Context theme enjoy thinking about the past. They understand the present by researching its history. Did I mention that I LOVE History, and understanding why and how international relations for instance are what they are today ? Or why people are what they are now.
3. DELIBERATIVE : People who are especially talented in the Deliberative theme are best described by the serious care they take in making decisions or choices. They anticipate the obstacles. Oh well. It takes hours to make a decision, or even days. I didn’t picture it as a strength though. I always check everything at least twice. I always make a precise itinerary when I go somewhere. I try to plan.
4. INTELLECTION : People who are especially talented in the Intellection theme are characterized  by their intellectual activity. They are introspective and appreciate intellectual discussions. I think all the time. I think too much, I overthink, I analyse. It is true that I like intellectual discussions, but I most of all like to listen to someone who has a very well thought out speech. If I don’t have anything constructive or relevant to say, I just don’t talk.
5. RESPONSIBILITY : People who are especially talented in the Responsibility theme take psychological ownership of what they say they will do. They are committed to stable values such as honesty and loyalty. I’m honest to stupidity sometimes. It kills me to not come up to my, or to someone’s (especially dear someones), expectations. Betrail a friend’s trust is simply inconceivable.
Well, don’t I sound like fun?
Now what kind of job can put some (if not all) of these 5 strengths to good use... ?
