I wanted to try a gallette, so I made one. Basically, it’s just a pie without a pie tin. You still make the pie crust but you put it on a sheet pan, fill the middle and fold up the sides to contain the filling. The filling can be savory or sweet, vegetarian or for meat-lovers. Che posti ho visitato grazie alle vostre stories...mari montagne laghi fiumi tra verde e azzurro mi sono persa nei colori dei post... grazie amiche/ci🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Il caldo continua imperterrito la sua folle corsa, almeno al centro sud...a Roma è da morire con un tasso di umidità che toglie il respiro 🤷🏼♀️ previsioni per domani temporali e speriamo che proceda con calma visto che quando piove in questo periodo ci si mette d'impegno. L'impeto delle stagioni non segue più un ritmo costante, già da tempo... è tutto troppo.... troppo ☹️ Comunque sia l'ultimo spasmo estivo mi piace...le giornate che arriveranno sono le mie preferite. E forse il mare mi vedrà arrivare a settembre... E mentre aspetto con meditata calma cucino.
