Teletech Interview.
I I was invited again this morning to undergo interview. It's my second visit on a direct hiring so I don't need to be interviewed again. They already endorsed me to teletech. Syempre, kinakabahan ako kasi ng bago na naman ang hirap pala kapag yung opportunity was there and you don't grab it you'll going to start again. So ayun nga, nakita ko rin yung isa kong kakilala na nakabatch ko last week at sabi ko sa kanya na sana sa Teleperformance MOA na lang ako para magkasabay tayo kaso hindi eh. Una silang shinuttle since yung intial interviewer was unable to got on our location. Maya maya ay isa isa na kaming tinawag for the intial interview ng Teletech and luckily iI was able to passed it and we were instructed to go in their company for the whole process. I am prepared that time if the application will be a one day process XD. Habang nasa byahe eh may naka-close ako at ayun nag-usap kami. Nung nakarating kami sa mismong company eh nakita namin na back to zero kami and we need to undergo another initial interview. So ayun, nag-online assessment muna then naghintay for the one who will call our name. Habang naghihintay eh binigyan kami ng "DewBerry" tas "Cologne from Penshoppe" so natuwa ako. Kasi of all the company I've been sila lang yung nagbigay ng ganun :))) Afterwards, tinawag na kami and we're 6 in an isolated room where we conducted the another intial interview. I fell confident enough to myself on how I answered the questions asked by the recruiter. Maya-maya eh isa isa kaming tinawag sa labas para malaman yung feedback from her. Yung isa sigurado talagang nakapasok kasi nga may experience as a call center. I'm the youngest and had the lowest educational attainment. Most of them are graduates of bachelors degree and some are incoming 4th year. Yun ang end-up pinababalik ako after 1 month because I was not yet ready for the accounts available in their company sabi ng recruiter. Yung english comprehension was not yet well-developed so she give me 1 month in order to develop it. Masaya naman kasi nadagdagan yung naging kakilala ko sa applications na ganito. Kailangan ko kasing magkaroon ng experience sa mga ganitong applications bago sumabak sa pinagtatrabahuhan ng pinsan ko na isa ring call center agent specifically technical support as well as a team leader. May remembrance mula sa application nayun. Experience is the best teacher!
