Definitely Gaëtan first, but in an obsessive way. In my mind he focused on how Carlos allows himself to get manhandled, ordered, and praised by others and Gaëtan (who craves doing & having this) went let me just try, and when it clicks for them he starts obsessing till the point of no return. Or how Carlos just looks at him with big pleading eyes and tries to please him at every moment, even in a professional setting, this makes Gaëtan fall harder & harder.

Carlos would’ve been oblivious for the longest while, and then one day he’d realize he has feelings for Gaëtan that aren’t-so-professional, but remains silent until Gaëtan asks, because what if Gaëtan is just having fun and messing around?
