If someone, and I mean a complete stranger who has no ties to you online or in real life, causes you to have legitimate breakdowns and distress because only because of the fact that they have an opinion… I’m not being rude but you should probably see a therapist, and while you’re doing that think about your dependency on being “validated”. That’s not healthy. Like, at all…
