i genuinely cannot pick up this book without sobbing i cant anymore dude . i miss u laura palmer….

Watching Laura in these moments of her life where she truly believed the angels left her utterly ruined me as I have felt the same way at so many junctions in my life as a young girl, if I hadn’t told what was happening to me and was received with belief by my parents I would have ended up the same as Laura, believing only in the end I was protected and saved once it was already too late for me. I prayed to God if I was meant to tell what I was experiencing to send my mom to me and she came to me in my lowest moment- I hurt for Laura as someone who was heard by those I needed the most, and I hurt all the same as I still feel as she did despite it. The passage of time does nothing to dull the knife.
