we always had pre-sliced bread in the freezer so we always had ‘emergency’ toast bread for those days we’d forgotten to buy more bread...

well yeah... I don’t eat very much bread, so to prevent it from going bad I tend to put half the loaf or so into the freezer. then I’ll defrost it when I need it. That or if it’s pre-sliced I’ll just defrost one and one as needed. Just shove it in the toaster and it’s good to go

I have wine and beer and whisky in the fridge. what more do I need??? (actually no that’s a lie there’s now some frozen fish sticks, haggis and bread in the freezer. I also have chocolate)
