ADU Modular Space After my S2A modular home webinar, I started looking into modular space opportunities and it led me to think about the new ADU law. In California, the new ADU laws has given property owners the ability to have an ADU or junior ADU on a single family lot. - With further research, I have found a company call California Modulars they claim that with as little as 324 sq. ft. space you can have an modular ADU on your backyard. If you are interested please visit their website www.californiamodulars.com - What do you think about a new modular ADU unit? 🤔 - I also found an awesome office space modular from @podspace. I would love to have that office in my backyard with solar panel and a backup battery. - 📸 @podspace - #podspace #modularhomes #cleanenergy_technology #futureoffice #netzeroadu #solar #teslabattery #LGchembattery https://www.instagram.com/p/B-sUlgTFJJR/?igshid=vskqj5g7k154
Pulled out containers from my stash. Had to make my own space with my device so that I can do school work when the kids do. Hopefully I can help virtually with the internship sites. They are doing the best they can to support staff and students. With my kids using the two main computers, I hope to work on my capstone paper in this space...time will tell. posted on Instagram - https://ift.tt/3drYEJj
