I really love the dawning relationship between Rumi-Vermouth and Subaru-Akai ^^ How do you think this relationship might progress? Also, since Shuichi is Conan's mentor, do you think Rumi/Vermouth could be Ai's "model" inasmuch as both are involved in crime and share a dark background? Do you think Ai and Rumi could develop an alliance?
Yes, I would say there is great potential for Wakasa and Subaru eventually having a great fight/conflict, since if Wakasa is Vermouth, it would mean that Wakasa was behind Subaru's father's defeat, as well as his mother's shrinking (let alone killing his ex's father). She would be a significant and formidable enemy to his family, while also still not fully an enemy of Team Silver-bullet, due to her deep affection for Conan/Shinichi,... putting Wakasa into the a similar camp as Amuro during the end of Bourbon arc... an anti-hero.
I could definitely see Wakasa's and Haibara's relationship being Gosho's surprising twist of developments, where Haibara unknowinwly bonds and likes the one she always feared the most in the past. It would also be interesting if Wakasa herself also built a different relationship with Haibara after getting to know the new her (despite their history). If they developed some kind of alliance, it would be without Haibara ever finding out Wakasa's true identity (Vermouth), but maybe a fake one (innocent Asaka who survived against the BO).
