Step 1. Place interlining in between of the two layers of fabrics.

Step 2.  Place apparel parts and interlining on the metal plate feed sheet of the garment fusing machine.

Step 3. Place the feed sheet in the machine and the garment fusing machine is carried out the entire fusing chamber.

Step 4. The necessary amount of heat is applied in the interlining in fusing chamber.

Step 5. By using pneumatic/hydraulic pressure stroke, the required amount of pressures are also applied here.

Step 6. Fusing chamber controls all the necessary fusing temperature and pressure using state of the art digital controller, timer and pressure. The total fusing time is also controlled by the digital timer and controller.

Step 7. The machine buzzes an alarm once the product is fused and released back the pressure stroke. At this stage, all the fused components are ready to take out of the machine.

Step 8. An operator will pull out the feed plate sheet to collect those components here.

Step 9. Now your fused component is ready for next step for assembly.
