💙 @birthfit Functional Progressions 💪🏼 ••• I learned soooo much this weekend at the @birthfit_westlosangeles prenatal seminar! ••• These are a few of the functional progressions that we learned. They are geared towards strengthening the core pre and post baby 👶🏼. They are a great preventative measure and recovery tool for diastasis...which I luckily don’t have yet! These exercises are great even if you’re not pregnant. They are surprisingly challenging...especially the 4th one 😰. I did realized I may still have abs under the bump 😂 ••• This weekend, we mainly focused on the birth process 🤰🏼and what to expect/what to plan for postpartum 👶🏼. We covered so many things that I didn’t even know were a thing 🤷🏼♀️ it was truly mind blowing 🤯.
