i spent the night at my friend’s house who happens to be a boy last night bc i was too drunk to drive all the way home and let me just say two things:
i’ve never froze to death so quickly, oh my fucking GOD the air conditioner/fan combo in his room was ICY. that cold air sobered me up so fast lmao
there are still good noodles in the world. i’ve known this man for right around a year (i knew him in high school but we weren’t friends and didn’t really talk) and he’s always been respectful and a sweetheart, but still. we slept a matter of centimeters apart, shared a bed, shared a blanket, and not once did he even attempt to lay a hand on me, even so much as to just stretch his arm across the bed. which yeah, bare minimum, especially considering i wasn’t sober, but you know… men. 🥲 so that was very nice :)
those things being said, if there is ever another night where i crash at his place from my intoxication… god i hope i remember to pre-plan and pack some essentials. sleep pants, toothbrush, makeup wipes.
