Greetings everybody! My name is Crimz and today is July 1st. I have now been streaming and making content full-time for half a year. This is a massive milestone for me and I wish to thank all of you for the support, whether it's on Twitch, YouTube or somewhere else.
Long story short: I've been creating videos since 2006 across too many channels. I started recording commentary in 2009 and live-streaming in 2011. It has truly been fun and I've learned a lot. But I was never really consistent with my content in terms of what I did or how often. It has always been a hobby I did whenever I felt like it. It created a problem where I would often find myself indecisive if I should play a game on my own or record/stream it. It resulted in a huge backlog of games I never got around to play.
Fast forward to december of 2021, I lost my job as a recreational leader and decided to finally try out streaming full-time while I search for my next job or education.
In short, these 6 months have been absolutely amazing! I've had a blast actually playing games consistently and digging through my backlog. Not to mention all of the incredible support I've gotten from all of you! I quickly decided that I want to keep on doing this for a long time.
But I'm not big enough to support myself yet and having a full-time job would take too much energy from me to continue streaming. So the perfect middle ground would be to find a part time job and stream full-time. This is now my life's goal and I hope you'll join me on this adventure as we experience a wide variety of worlds together!
