The construction at the newly acquired property is going well. After breaking the previous balcony door and window and leaving a large opening at the balcony for 2 weeks, we’ve installed our custom-made French doors. The entire ceiling has also been done and walls have been hand-plastered. 7th floor unblocked views from three sides of the unit - east-facing balcony, 4 windows that are south-facing, and the bedroom towards the west. The place is really brand new and never been lived - the previous owner bought it straight from the developer immediately after construction. But didn’t really develop the property that much and all the work they did to the space I have removed. Guess this is one of the challenges for having a really new place and starting from scratch. Still, more work to be done.
