THE PREMIER LEAGUE RETURNS!!!
Defending champions Manchester City will kick off their campaign away at Arsenal, in the pick of the bunch of the opening weekend’s fixtures, the Premier League confirmed as it released its fixtures on June 14, 2018 for the 2018-19 season.
The visit of Pep Guardiola's side to the Emirates Stadium for Unai Emery's managerial debut is the highlight of the opening weekend of the campaign, where newly-promoted Fulham are also handed a tricky assignment in the form of a London derby against Crystal Palace on day one.
Tottenham, as expected, have been given three away matches to start their campaign in the hope that their new 62,000-seat stadium will be ready in time for their first home game against Liverpool on the 15th of September.
Chelsea will kick-start their 2018/19 season against Huddersfield Town at the John Smith's Stadium as they aim to start their campaign with a victory in their first away match of the season, with newly appointed Maurizio Sarri taking charge of his first premier league game for The Blues.
Last season’s runners up Manchester United will look to end their long wait for silverware this season beginning the season at Old Trafford against Leicester whilst the tipped favorites for this season, Liverpool, will welcome West Ham to Anfield.
