Akaashi would be the most calm about it, out of the three of them. He would probably just say something like “This is my partner, [ Name ]. Please be nice to them.” He would not think that it is a huge deal or anything, and would probably act like it was nothing. Of course, he would want his team to like his partner, and he would make sure that the immersions from them and his team were all good. He would most likely whisper explanations about his teammates to his partner, making sure that his teammates would not overwhelm his partner at all.
