Unicorn Fudge is a fun and colorful treat that you can serve at unicorn-themed events or just to make your day better. This sweet and creamy fudge has swirls of pink, purple, and blue that make it look like a unicorn magic slice. For extra sparkle, add some edible glitter and sprinkles.
Ingredients: 3 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pink, purple, and blue food coloring. Sprinkles and edible glitter optional.
Instructions: Use parchment paper to line an 8x8-inch square baking pan, leaving extra on two sides to make it easy to take off. Put the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Each time you microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, stir it so that the chocolate and butter melt completely and the mixture is smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Spread the mixture out evenly among the three smaller bowls. Put a few drops of pink food coloring in one bowl, some purple in another, and some blue in the third. Mix until the colors look like bright unicorns. Drop spoonfuls of each color into the pan that has been prepared, switching between colors to make the effect of marble. To make a unicorn swirl pattern, gently swirl the colors together with a knife or toothpick. For a magical touch, you can sprinkle edible glitter and colorful sprinkles on top if you want to. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two to three hours, or until it sets completely. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Cut it into squares or fun unicorn shapes after putting it on a cutting board. Unicorn Fudge is magical, so serve it and enjoy it!
