Recipe for Raspberry Fudge Brownies
These fudgy, fluffy raspberry cream cheese brownies are topped with a layer of rich fudge. I like to top them with chocolate curls to make them even prettier. 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 6 ounces cream cheese softened, 2 drops red food coloring, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 egg yolk, 1 cup white sugar, 4 squares semisweet baking chocolate chopped, 2 eggs, 16 chocolate curls, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 cup frozen whipped topping thawed
