Pupdate- this guy had his dental completed and did well. His estimated age is 13! Years old! So everything will hinge on his health report. I would have to go to Ca to get him and bring him home, and at his age of his health isn’t great, I wouldn’t want to risk stressing him out.

Man, I had a fuck humans moment for sure today. Prepare for rant. So one of my elderly patients came in for a 2 hour appointment today, but once I started talking to him and getting him ready for the procedure, he said, and I love this "I'm feeling out of gas today, can we reschedule?" He has a few medical problems but his mind is sharp as a tack, he's adorable, and very sweet. He is like the office grandpa. So anyway, I ended up chatting with him for around an hour, because I didn't have another patient, the doctor didn't need me, and basically I had nothing to do, and he wanted to chat. And really, the dude is an amazing conversationalist. So, I get him rescheduled, in his car safely and on his way home. Doctor didn't even stop in to say hi, and after the patient left, he comes to me all huffy, and says and I quote "we wasted an hour talking! We could have been half way through the procedure! Why did he even come in???" Soooooo....... Of course I got pissed and tore into my boss. Like for real?!?! Who the fuck acts like that. The man was in pain and would not have been comfortable for 2 fucking hours.... JU JU man, I told my boss.... One day you WILL be old too. Just wait. Fucking humans. Rant over.

Morning update: I am actually ok. Sleep helps. But deciding to let things go helps more. Gonna clean the house and live in a peaceful space.
