I felt privileged to have finally seen a Full Scale Mock Up (FSMU) of the Harop Loitering Munition made by the Company “Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI)” during the Asian Defense and Security (ADAS) 2024 Event in Pasay.

The Harop was extensively used and with great effectiveness by Azerbaijan against Armenia in their recent Conflicts, particularly during the “2020 Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict”. Their effectiveness in Combat helped usher in the Era of Drone Warfare which we are seeing now in the Russian Invasion of Ukraine.

One of the most impressive Exhibits for me at the recent Asian Defense and Security (ADAS) 2024 Event was this Full Scale Mock-Up (FSMU) of the C-Star Anti-Ship Missile (AShM) shown on the Booth of the Naval Research and Technology Development Center (NRTDC).

You can truly appreciate its huge Size and see a lot of Detail in it. The C-Star is the very first Purpose-built AShM of the Philippine Navy (PN), and is used on their Jose Rizal-class Guided Missile Frigates. I think the PN should get more of these C-Star FSMUs so they can display it in their various Units and Museums.

On a related Note, as per the Representatives of the Hanwha Group that I talked to at the Event also, this Version being used on the PN Ships are the “C-Star 2” which only has AshM Capability. The next Version, the “C-Star 3” which I think is still in Development will have both Anti-Ship and Land Attack Capability. Photos are by the NRTDC

His name is Eliah Morris Tumnus, but his friends call him Eli. He is a FAUN, NOT a Satyr, Centaur, Harpy or any other Greek/Roman ‘mythical’ creature. His father, Mr Tumnus, wore a red scarf and looked a lot like James McCavoy. He lived in a small forest in a place called Narnia. You might’ve heard of him. For anyone that doesn’t know, a faun is half man, half goat. He has goat legs, a tail, goat ears and horns.

His life is set in the future in a street magic universe, so is currently around a year old. He looks like Danny Worsnop, but less ginger and more goatish. He sells antique hats and is often seen adorning a new hat each day. Most days it’s a fedora with circles cut out of the sides to let his horns out.

He has a lot of tattoos which all have various meaning (except one of his roommate’s initials followed by a heart (a drunken mistake) but I’ll tell you more of his roommate later…) as well as many piercings. He lived a sheltered life in his early years, and grew up in a small village full of other hybrid beings. He has six brothers and one sister, and all of their names beginning with E. (Edward, Edwin, Emmett, Ervin, Ethan, Eric and Ellie, just in case you thought I was kidding).

Eli is omnisexual, and likes females, males, non-binaries, gender-fluids, agenders, and hybrid beings - except pixies. This is due to a bitch of a pixie from his Hybrid Studies class in University, but we don’t talk about her. Eli is also a sex addict, but don’t say that to his face because he’s already in strict denial about it. He just “really likes sex”. Once again, don’t mention it. But seriously, he’ll have sex with anything that moves.

Skip forward a few years (around 19, to be exact). In University he met his roommate and to-be-best-friend, Earther Jones. If you want to know more about Earther, ask pootrick-stump, as he is her OC. Earther is Demi-romantic asexual and Eli has a MAJORLY GAY NERDY FUCKING CRUSH ON HIS ROOMMATE BUT SHHHHHHHHHHHHH DONT TELL EARTHER HE MUST NEVER KNOW. It’s quite tragic really. Unrequited love and all that.

Skip forward EVEN FURTHER. Some weird sciency stuff happens with an amputated leg and Eli meets his wife, Andromeda AKA Andy (face claim: Hayley Williams). They have twins, Nova and Buckley.
