Thor shifted a little as he watched the Frost Giants walk through the Bifrot one by one. He shifted a little closer to Odin, ten years old and still afraid of Frost Giants... A smaller boy walked through, no bigger than Thor himself. The first words out of his mouth were a slight against Asgard like a petulant child. It was then that Thor knew he would dislike this boy and very nearly smacked him for talking of his father like that. But this was a peace summit. He would behave...

The teenager grinned as he twirled the hammer in his hand, throwing it at the target and then calling it back with his Seidr. He turned around, winking at the girls who were watching and smirking at the other boys. Most were impressed with his skills, their words of praise filled with appreciation for his talent. One boy -- however -- never gave complement. Loki Laufeyson sat in the corner with nothing but a bored look and an eye roll. The peace summit was in full swing by now, Thor already dealing with the sniveling Frost dwarf for a week already. He dropped the hammer, crossing his arms as he refused to let his anger get the best of him and smack the boy.

He had begged his father not to allow the young Frost giant into the summit this year, but once more his father refused. Loki would someday be King of Jotun, it was good for him to learn these things. Thor, however, wanted to just smack him in the face every time he saw him. His eyes closed as he heard the group shamble by, not wanting to even see the face. However, his name was called and he opened them up to see Loki standing in front of him. He could hit him right now and claim it to be from last year, but he wasn’t going to dishonor his father...

Thor -- now king of Asgard-- watched as the Jotuns walked through the bifrost. Laufey was still king, though he looked older and frail. Thor greeted him with respect, eyes falling on Loki. The boy had grown into a man, lithe frame suiting him more than the deep muscles of his brothers. He had grown up it seemed, pleasant to be around. Until he opened his mouth. Thor gripped Mjolnir as he sat through what felt like hours of the man berating him for his choice of food, that Odin would have done better. Thor tried his damnedest not to just smash Mjolnir into his face. Luckily Loki wasn’t allowed in the negotiation chambers.

The two sat face to face, Thor shifting a little as he pulled up the contract for the peace between realms. The blond didn’t understand why they needed to discuss this every year, especially since Loki-king took hours to read over the small changes they made. It was as if the King wanted to drag this out as long as possible. Thor grit his teeth, feeling the weight of Mjolnir against his thigh. He could hit him; right here right now and be done with it. But the other Realms would think him petty. So he held himself back.

Thor sighed as he sat on the steps. He was nursing his wounds, thinking about how everything had finished so perfectly. Loki sat down next to him, a smile curving his face as he opened his mouth to say how terrible Thor looked. Without hesitation, the blond smacked his fist into the face of the Jotun and grinned. Now they would both look terrible.
