Ingredients: 1 bottle Packaging Royal Mansour wine. 500g lamb chops. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 200g couscous. 300ml chicken broth. 1 lemon, zest and juice. 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley. 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint. 1 red bell pepper, diced. 1 yellow bell pepper, diced. 1 small red onion, finely chopped. 100g feta cheese, crumbled.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Grate garlic and mix it with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub it on lamb chops. Cook for three to four minutes on each side to get medium-rare. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a saucepan. Add the couscous, mix it in, cover, and take it off the heat. After 5 minutes, use a fork to fluff it up. Place cooked couscous in a large bowl. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, mint, diced bell peppers, red onion, and feta cheese. Combine well. Serve lamb chops on the grill with couscous salad and a glass of Packaging Royal Mansour wine.
