Adding to the list of AUs, I present to you mermaid Oz and frog Oscar!
Essentially, Oz is a mermaid with magic that he uses rather chaotically (this amuses him) and Oscar the frog sings songs about it (like an oompa loompa from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory). They destroy things for their own amusement, like a musical but everything is exploding (Phantom of the Opera but every few moments a chandelier falls kind of vibe).
It doesn’t need to make sense.
I just think Oscar the frog is cute and he needs a magical mermaid guardian that uses his energy to give him something to sing about. I think it’s fabulous.
Also for kicks and giggles I tried to draw digitally (it was something lol) but I don’t have the right app so I used Pic-Collage. I drew with my finger on my phone (I traced the model lol) but Oscar in a frog onesie is just good times.
I write fanfiction, so taking a moment to draw and color was super fun. I’m putting the reference photos I used under the read more.
