Mike has a polyamorous relation with Scott and Jeremy, but he ALSO has a relation with Fritz.
Sometimes he brings Fritz along when he hangs out with Scott and Jeremy, but he doesn’t do it often because he knows Scott hates Fritz, and Fritz is jealous of Jeremy, so he can only enjoy the conflict that that causes for so long.Â

But when he dedicates time to hang out with Scott and Jeremy alone, Fritz gets upset. He doesn’t openly admit it, but it’s pretty obvious.Â
So Mike is in a bit of a conflict now, if he should continue his relation with Scott and Jeremy, or dedicate himself only to Fritz.Â
