Okay, today is my birthday, so I'm gonna ask a birthday related question. How would the boys celebrate their girlfriends birthdays?

The short answer is: however the girls want to spend the day.
The more detailed answer is, well, I suppose US!Frisk, UF!Chara, and SS!Chara would want to spend the day alone. And I mean ALONE alone, all by themselves - but their bonefriends manage to convince the girls to spend it together with them, make it a home-date day.
UT!Frisk and UF!Frisk + US!Chara and SF!Chara probably spend the former part of the day with friends, then spend the latter half with their bonefriend. Sharing the ambassador is tough sometimes...
SF!Frisk, she's somewhere between wanting to forget all about her birthday, and wanting to be obnoxious about it. It's the former all until Sans tries to drag her to some fancy dinner that she wanted no part in. He meant well, but she HATES these sort of things because it all too much reminds her of life with her parents.
And as for UT!Chara, well, I think she wants to spend the day out and about with Papyrus, Undyne and Alphys. Although, the monster ladies eventually make an excuse about halfway through the day so the other two can be alone, then they try to tag along in secret to spy on the lovebirds in the making.

How would the skeletons react if their respective human broke a bone?
Two words: sympathy pains. Followed by an immediate attempt to heal their human, and a trip to a monster with better skills in that department if unsuccessful.
How would the boys react if the girls suffered from heat exhaustion? What would they do?
Though some of them might freak out and fret over their human more than the others, I think all of them take the same approach when dealing with the problem.
The bonefriend pulls their lover out of the sun and into the shade. Then, he focuses all his attention into cooling the magic in his bones before pressing his hands against her face.
Although, the intense and loving stare she receives doesn't help her cheeks feel any less warm...
It sounds wonderful, to be honest.
I can't believe I didn't think of this before, but on my first or second day on my island, I came across a scorpion at night. I tried to catch it at first, but then the thing turned around, chased after me and almost killed me. So here's a question, how would the boys react if their girlfriends ran into the house and said that they almost got stung by a scorpion?
I think ALL of them would be wondering where the scorpion came from, since they aren't native wildlife at their location.
It was probably somebody’s exotic pet that got released because its owner didn’t want to care for it anymore (this happens terribly often in reality...)
