I'M BACK........and I'm better than ever!!! Got a nack......for making things better!!!
Yes, Tumblr, Shinovii's back and ready to do what I do best (because honestly, I missed this)! Welcome......to my Season 4 Impressions of The Loud House!!!
"My name is Ronnie Anne, and I am proud to be" - *shuts off the music* Get that weaksauce reference out of here, Koopa Kid, we're better than that. This......is so much more! Yes, we're not visiting the Louds just yet, as we needed to make a tiny detour into Great Lakes City first and foremost. This, everybody, is "Friended........featuring The Casagrandes"!
We begin with a look into the everyday life of Ronnie Anne Santiago's family, as everyone's getting ready for their day. Her brother Bobby's leaving to go work at the store (with cousin Carlino following suit), their mother Maria's heading out to her ER job, and Ronnie Anne herself is planning to go out and nail some radical tricks! The most important of the bunch is her Abuela, Rosa, who is showing potential tenants the vacant apartment that's just above theirs (but we'll come back to that in a bit). Back with Ronnie Anne, it seems that a new girl has taken an interest in her after noticing how the young skater goes about her day. This kid is Sid Chang, a highly energetic girl who just moved into the city, and boy is she hyped up! The hit it off, and a newfound friendship starts to begin! However, conflict arises as we come to find out that Sid's family wants to move into the vacant apartment that Rosa is showing to many other applicants. Realizing she could a new best friend close by, Ronnie Anne makes it her mission to get the Changs to have the apartment, but can she accomplish such a feat? Well....don't look at me, I don't spoil.
I......am........hyped!!! My goodness this was such a fun start for Season 4! This episode gave us something I always liked seeing, worldbuilding and character expanding. It gave us a nice look into Ronnie Anne's life after moving to the city, and it doesn't disappoint in my eyes. We've seen how the Casagrandes act in their usual affairs beforehand (albeit through glances here and there, plus "The Spies Who Loved me"), but now we got to see them a bit more fleshed out. I must say, this episode also delivered on the hilarity, leaving me chuckling at some of the running gags (especially Sid's bird calls). The bonus point I really have to give is to the introduction of Sid Chang! Mother of mercy this kid is a fireball of happiness with how much energy she has, and I love that since she's quite the contrast to Ronnie Anne's calmer demeanor. Definitely enjoyed the closing moments (as you would expect with how nice it was), and it capped off the episode well. With this starting things off, I'm certainly looking forward to more fun with the Casagrandes!
Sigh.......I really missed doing this! Early as hell compared to before, but I love it all the same! Season 4 started off strong, especially with Ronnie Anne taking the helm for a bit, and it just might get even better with the next batch of episodes. Until next time!!!
