Caroline Abbott, a girl in Sackett’s Harbor of 1812, dreams of being a ship captain and sailing the seas on one of her father’s boats. But when war suddenly breaks out between England and America, her father is taken prisoner and she and her mother have to take charge of his shipyard. Despite being in such a dangerous place, Caroline strives to find little joys where she can, protect those she loves, and find her own inner strength.

Caroline was first released in 2012, to recognize the War of 1812’s 200th anniversary.
