NM:

✧ Would you expect anything less of him as a s/o?

✧ He might act cold towards you in front of others, but dang if he lets anyone touch you.

✧ He’s always got someone watching over you, whether it’s him or one of his crew.

✧ You’re under constant supervision.

✧ Not as if you were a child of course, but you now have your own personal hoard of bodyguards....

✧ Vicious and terrifying bodyguards....

✧ You certainly don’t ever have to worry about your safety that’s for sure.

✧ You’ll find that when Nightmare is the one watching over you he’s always close.

✧ Even if he’s not physically close to you, you can feel his presence practically surround you.

✧ You always know when he’s nearby because the entire atmosphere practically shifts when he steps into a room.

✧ For anyone else, this would send chills down their spine, but for you, it was a cool comfort.

✧ A hand at your back, letting you know you’re not alone.

✧ He won't let anyone or anything touch you.

✧ Even your dreams are void of the usual darkness that one would have being around him so long. 

✧ He takes special care to make sure his presence doesn’t affect your dreams.

✧ You’re the one good thing he allows himself to have.

✧ Even then he doubts he deserves it.

Fresh!:

✧ It might look like he puts you in constant danger to others, but you never are in any actual danger.

✧ He watches you like a hawk.

✧ Somehow, he’s always in the background.

✧ Popping up in the most random places.

✧ Any sort of threat is immediately disarmed when he randomly pops up behind you to defuse the situation.

✧ Most people don’t even put up a fight because they don’t want to deal with his antics.

✧ Which is what he’s counting on.

✧ For some reason, people find themselves severely unnerved by his presence as he peers down at them from behind you. 

✧ So congrats! Everyone sort of steers clear of you now!

✧ Any adventures you go on together are completely safe. For you that is.

✧ The need/urge to protect you matches, if not rivals, his need for survival.

✧ You’re in good(?) hands.

✧ Can’t speak much for the others, though.

But mostly the funky con men, criminal masterminds, overall shits, and lil burnout bitches that try to hard.
