Pour illustrer la chanson du même nom, chef-d'œuvre, premier single de Devo en 1977, dessin fait pour le livret de la compil de reprises « Dirty Cousins Groixplosion », réalisée par Prosperi Buri et ses amis (ses cousins plutôt ?) en 2007. « Mongoloid », en français « mongolien », mot aujourd'hui considéré comme insultant, et remplacé dans l'usage par le plus neutre « trisomique », me donne l'occasion de signaler la meilleure exposition vue à Angoulême : Knock Outsider Komiks, et de vous montrer une vidéo d'un SUPERBE LIVE DES CHOOLERS. The French edition of Eldorado is at the printer’s.
The book is scheduled to be ready for the Angoulême festival, and available in stores Februari 6th.
Compared to the Dutch edition, this French edition has an alternative graphic design and finish, and contains an additional 60 pages with images of paintings, drawings, sculptures and installations.
