MY ROTTNEST
Hola people! I'm Andrea and I'm glad to open the doors of NDVG Magazine with something I really love to talk about.
Rottnest Island, Western Australia.
Rottnest is a little Island located between Perth and Fremantle in Western Australia.
What so special? You will see..
When you get there with the ferry from Perth or Fremantle, you will realise that nature It's still untouched.
It's like being in a fairy tale as you can see from the pink sunset above or if you prefer from the two huge stingrays below floating by the beach.
Infact Rottnest is a perfect spot for surfers, scuba divers and outdoor passionate of every kind!
As you walk by the ferries, you will see pelicans busy trying to still fishes to local fishermen and you will be able to get really close to them.
It's pretty cool, if you think that pelicans are one of the closest bird to dinosaurs!
If still you don't feel like visiting then I would like you to take a look at this little guy 👇🏽
Yep, this little guy is called Quokka and it's one of the most friendly and cute animal I ever had the chance to meet!
The Island is over populated of quokkas, since they have no predators so is impossible to not have any around you.

If you have the chance is highly recommended to hire a bike or even better to bring your own since there is no transportation a part of the local bus but still better not depending on the bus schedules!
Summer is beautiful but packed so the perfect season to visit is March to June, also to enjoy the ride, don't forget summer there is really really hot!
