Oh hey! It's another of my previous recordings, now on YouTube! This one is called Stop - it's from a few years back, and it's a sort of gentle freezeplay file.

It helps you explore the idea of stopping and being unable (or just unwilling) to move for a brief time. It also establishes a trigger to be frozen in place, in a pleasant way, that can be used by you or a trusted friend. It also includes language encouraging that the file will be more effective after repeated listens.

The file does not include any language about physical restraint or struggle; it *should* be fine if you have concerns around physical claustrophobia, but if you're unsure this one is fine to skip, or you can listen to the suggestions without going under.
