     Poppy was used to attention from men, it was part of her powers, constantly giving off pheromones which would catch their attention, even in the brightest hours of the day when most chose not to participate in the law which expressly allowed them to use women to their whim. Given that she didn’t work and instead lived in a house with a bunch of other people who had powers, she would often see them watching her go inside, then there would be a knock at the door, which she was careful to catch when her ‘mother’ wasn’t home.      Melanie had been having a very bad day; her ex had her son for the weekend, she’d been passed over for promotion, and her plans for the evening had fallen through. After a few too many drinks, she had decided it was time to make herself feel better, and had slipped into a shift, barely a dress at all, which sat around her thighs in length. She’d sat out on her deck, which was right on the beach, and waited for a man to pass by and see her, certain that they’d pay attention.
