I have started doing a meditation excercise every morning in the form of a stitch meditation. 20ish minutes of free form art with no particular end in mind. Fast decisions. Imperfect stitches. Small works. Here are my first 4. I am so enjoying the simple process of it. I don't know what I will do with these little pieces but I intend to make 30 of them in the next 30 days .
