Chủ nhật ngày 21. thức dậy lúc sớm hơn những chủ nhật thường lệ. bỏ dỡ một kế hoạch, nhưng cảm thấy đó không cần phải tham gia lắm, nên thay vào đó tập, từ giờ mỗi buổi sớm sẽ phải dậy để tập trước khi đi làm, để đỡ cái cảm giác tê cứng người, oải người khi bắt đầu công việc. mặc dù mình nghĩ rằng chỉ cần qua hết buổi sáng thôi mình sẽ lại đau nếu mình tập trung và ngồi quá nhiều, nhưng vẫn không sao, mình ổn. tạm thời là vậy.
