As for ships honestly I can see everyone with everyone 😭😭😭 so here is a list of some of my faves, under read more so I don't clog the dash:
Bloodweave - we don't need to talk about this but I will. The push and pull, the stolen glances, their quips back and forth, the tension UGH! They are the same side of the same coin, they are power hungry in a way that only the powerless are, they will destroy the world together if they wish, and yet they will keep choosing the other. On the softer side, i think they can benefit to heal from each other, considering their respective backgrounds - both of them have been used by someone and throughout the game they've been trying to deal with their own respective traumas.
Gale/Lae'zel - mostly I find this one really funny. Laezel would pull the "smell of sweat" thing on Gale and he would crumple like a piece of paper and do anything she says because he's like that 🥺 additionally, they can be very cute in the way bloodweave is with how they can heal from each other, with both of them blindly following their respective goddesses and learning to live their own lives after they stop worshipping them.
Karlach/Wyll - by GOD this one is good. As in they're both good aligned - Wyll literally turned into a devil to save Karlach's life, choosing to be a good person through and through 😭😭 and ofc Karlach was also appreciative of it. These two are tangled in their narrative, you can't talk about one without the other, and I find it really cute. They're so adorable together. Puppy on puppy love 🥺
Karlach/Astarion - this one ACGHGKL two people who's had their lives stolen in such drastically different ways - Karlach has her future stolen, and Astarion is unable to die. One with no time left and one with far, far too much time. Two people who were enslaved and tortured and used and they came out of their respective situations so different. Why is Karlach so happy? Astarion definitely feels some sort of way about it, and when [Act 3 Spoilers] happens and Karlach had her burst of anger, I think Astarion felt cathartic listening to her, too.
