“  i  admit  it  –  i  came  unprepared  ,  but  to  be  fair  !  they  didn’t  have  your  favourite  ben  &  jerry’s  and  frankly  ,  i  hope  no  one  broke  your  heart  since  the  last  time  we  spoke  and  my  comeback  will  be  enough  .  ”  he  had  a  very  specific  ,  short  list  of  people  he  needed  to  visit  in  the  first  place  and  franny  was  at  the  very  top  .  arms  extended  as  he  nods  his  head  ,  letting  the  seriousness  on  his  face  break  as  he’s  genuinely  happy  to  finally  see  her  and  not  have  a  phone  screen  separating  them  .
