Ginger Gilmour posted this on her Facebook page.  Apparently, one person was NOT invited to attend this ten-year memorial of Richard Wright’s death... his second wife Franka. She commented to Ginger, asking to be included. Apparently, Ginger will be signing her book for fans.  I have mixed feelings about this since it is supposed to be a concert in Rick’s memory, and it seems like it is being used a bit for commercial reasons.  Ginger and Juliette Wright were friends, though, Ginger mentions teaching Jamie and Gala how to “swim like dolphins” in her book. I do not know if she was ever friends with Franka, whose “tell-all” book is supposed to be out this September. Wouldn’t that be the bomb, having Franka there, honoring Rick’s memory with her book that trashes him?
