something you must understand about mahiro is that she is bad at video games. like comically bad. she used to game like 18 hours a day but she still regularly loses at every video game she plays, against people who have never played, and she usually selects the game. in the manga she loses at like every kind of game. she loses at fighting games to mihari, comes in dead last at (legally distinct) mario kart with her friends, (also legally distinct) poyo poyo to nayu, and, to my recollection, has never won against anyone at any game.
