Tomorrow is week 1 weigh in!
I'll have my starting point for the 6 weeks of crunch time and we shall seeeeee what we can dooooooo.
I know im gunna be in the 220s again, probabaly around 223 im going to guess with the period bloating but its all good. This is for health more than anything and being comfortable in my body at any weight so long as im active and physically capable is the goal. I just wanna see what MORE I can do with another focused cut like last summer.
