This Sunday, March 1, at 3 pm, J. Mae Barizo (The Cumulus Effect, forthcoming from Four Way Books this fall) will read her poems during "The Romantics: Selections by Robert and Clara Schumann, Schubert, Brahms, and Handel/Halvorsen" with music by Yosuke Kawasaki (violinist), Wolfram Koessel (cellist), and Vadim Serebryani (pianist) at Orange Hall at SUNY (115 South Street) in Middletown, NY. Admission is $15; $10 for senior citizens, SUNY Orange alumni, faculty and staff; and free for all students from any educational institution. Tickets will be on sale beginning at 2 pm on March 1 as well as anytime online at sunyorange.edu/arts_comm/ticketing.shtml.

Four Way Books author J. Mae Barizo (her collection, The Cumulus Effect, is forthcoming from Four Way Books in Fall 2015) is reading tomorrow, Friday, October 17 for "Memory Palace: Music Meets the Page", part of WAMFEST 2014: The Illuminated Word. The event also features Salman Rushdie, American String Quartet, and Paul Cantelon. It will take place in the Lenfell Hall, Hennessy Hall (The Mansion) at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Florham Campus (285 Madison Avenue) in Madison, NJ.
